What is our Return Policy?

We’re confident that you’ll love your new bedding for many restful nights to come, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase our team will gladly work with you to ensure a quick resolution. Please review our full policy below for more details before initiating your return request in the form.

  • We will gladly accept any unwashed, not-used and sell-able merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • In case of receiving defective or wrong item, we are oblige to issue up to 100% refund or replacement.
  • Once the parcel is received, you must inform our team within 7 days to initiate the return.
  • Refunds shall be issued as the original form of the payment.
  • Please know Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of CHANGE OF MIND, return cost will be handled by the customer.
  • Our No Question-Asked Return policy is fully refund to customer in any sort of change of mind from customer side.
  • Once the return is initiated it may take 5-7 working days to complete the process
  • If the item received in return is used, washed or not in the original packing its return will be rejected.
  • Once we have issued the refund on our end, we do not control how soon the credit or refund will be received by you. Please contact your payment method provider for further information. 
  • We do not charge re-stocking fees to return an item. Please note the item(s) including gift boxes, pouches and other accessories must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

To return an item follow the steps below

  • Please read the above mentioned RETURNS POLICY carefully before initiating the return.
  • Email us your order number and email address on email hello@sleepworldintl.com.au
  • Please note you must enter the email associated with your order along with your order generated ID.
  • Attach the original images of the parcel received in your email
  • Keep patience once the request is submitted, our customer support will contact you soon within 24-48 hours. 

Return Policy For New Zealand:

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We inspect all returns; items must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery.  If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The return cost will be deducted from total refund amount. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Sleepworld Australia.

  1. Are there any rules or exceptions to the International return policy?
  • Non-Returnable Items

Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

  • Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply.

  1. Can I get an exchange, or replacement?

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item.

  1. How do I return my International order?

To initiate a return on an international order, you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial Invoice and further return instructions.

Print out the documentation provided (Commercial Invoice and/or Return Label).

Place all items being returned in one parcel.

Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary for your return to clear customs.

Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
